Difficulty:

The trail is easy to hike. Not a lot of hills or anything.

Hiking the Trail:

The preserve has about five different hiking trails totalling just over two miles in distance. I suggest taking the Eagle Scout trail along side Terry Pond to start your hike. After completing the Eagle Scout Trail you can hit the Beaver Dam Trail which wil take you through a beaver habitat. The next trail you should try is the Senator Trail. This is the longest trail in the preserve. It will take you alongside Turner Pond, and then circle around a large open agriculture field along the edge of the preserve boundry. It will then circle back around to the Dry Creek Nature trail. The Dry Creek loop has signs on specific trees with information on each of them describing the native trees to the area. However you decide to hike the trails, be sure to hike them all to get the full experience.

Scenery:

At the Harvest Square Recreational Preserve you will see two large scenic ponds, mountains in the background, open field, and a guided nature trail.

Trail Maintenance:

The trail is well maintained.

Facilities:

There is a pavilion at the trail head with picnic tables. The trail parking lot is right beside a Publix.
